It is said that a 47 km long motorway will be constructed from Peshawar to Torkham. The motorway project will cost more than Rs 36 billion tomorrow. A special grant of Rs. 34 billion will be given by the World Bank for this project.

Besides Peshawar Torkham Motorway, Eckink has also approved a number of projects, including Karachi Transport. Eckink has approved seven projects worth over Rs 597 billion. Eckink has also approved the Karachi Yellow Bus project. Karachi Yellow Bus Rapid Project will cost Rs 61 billion. The project to construct a 21-kilometer road between Landhi and Numaish has also been approved.

In addition, the project to connect Doharki, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur and Chishtian to 220 KV line, Gwadar has a 19 km long expressway project at a cost of Rs. 17 billion 37 crore. The project, worth Rs 511 billion for Dasu Hydropower, has also been approved for Kartarpur transit project.
