Medical experts have described heart disease as more dangerous than cancer, saying that last year more than twice the number of cancer cases in the world were from cardiovascular disease, 31% of Pakistan’s population is suffering from heart diseases.
World Health Day says experts in Pakistan have a serious heart condition; people aged 30 to 40 are suffering from heart diseases, unfortunately students from schools, colleges and universities should be brought to hospitals. The disease is spreading in young people due to smoking.
Medical experts say blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar tests must be done after the age of 30; heart attack, diabetes, and cholesterol occur. Excessive sweating and difficulty breathing are symptoms of this disease.
Experts say cardiovascular disease is also common in women, leading to a heart attack in diabetes and obesity, can prevent heart disease through balanced diet and exercise.
